Business Intelligence (BI) software has radically changed the way business leaders understand their company’s performance, by optimizing operations and improving ROI. However, with an ever-changing economy and consumer preferences, unexpected headwinds can come from any part of the globe. Analyzing global economic trends and consumer behavior data is the key to understand these external risks before they impact business performance. This webinar features guests Doug Laney, VP and Distinguished Analyst at Gartner and Michael Walton, Industry Solutions Executive at Microsoft. They discuss how BI is evolving, and how executives can be empowered with a more holistic view of what truly drives the future of their business.
