Rich Fitchen
Chief Executive Officer

Rich Fitchen is an established senior executive with more than 25 years of experience building go to market strategies, driving rapid sales growth, and scaling businesses. Prior to joining Prevedere, Rich served as General Manager, VP Sales and Services, SVP Worldwide Field Operations, and Chief Marketing Officer in companies such as Model N, Bizagi, Aceva Technologies, Extricity, and Peregrine Systems. Rich also brings strong Business Transformation expertise from his experience with Gemini Consulting and Cap Gemini. Rich holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Rich Wagner
Founder, President, and CPO

Rich Wagner brings 15 years leadership from big 4 consulting and Fortune 500. He worked with C-level executives on major corporate initiatives including preparing due diligence on dozens of multi-billion dollar mergers, acquisitions and corporate projects. Rich has experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, consumer goods and retail. Rich is a Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration.

Traci Gearhart
VP, Customer Success and Services

Traci Gearhart is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in design and delivery of planning systems and organizational process transformation across diverse industries, including technology, retail, manufacturing, and CPG. As VP of Customer Success and Services, she is responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end customer experience strategy and connecting with customers to optimize their experience throughout the journey. Prior to joining Prevedere, Traci served as VP of Customer Success at Anaplan, as well as leadership roles at Levi Strauss in Master Data and Corporate Systems. Traci holds a B.S. from Kansas State University in Financial Management and Controllership with a Minor in Economics.

Chrissy Wissinger
VP, Marketing

As vice president of marketing, Chrissy Wissinger is responsible for leading Prevedere’s marketing team, driving strategic initiatives, overseeing all marketing campaigns, and ensuring cross departmental alignment. Over the last 20 years, she has developed a proven track record of developing successful B2B marketing campaigns for technology companies, which included serving as the director of marketing and communications at Prosper Insights & Analytics, among other roles in the retail and services industries. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human and Consumer Sciences from Ohio University.

Jose Paul
Chief Technology Officer

Jose Paul has over 20 years of experience in the software development and IT management space. Prior to Prevedere, he was CTO of Rumba Solutions, in charge of architecture and platform solutions for client applications. Previously, Jose held development roles at JP Morgan Chase, HMB, Ohio Department of Health. Jose has a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Kerala, India.

Danielle Marceau
Principal Economist & Director of Analytics

Danielle Marceau is a Principal Economist & Director of Analytics at Prevedere. Danielle has an extensive background in modeling, forecasting, research and development, and sharing her industry expertise on economics, leading indicators, and predictive analytics. She focuses on how understanding external themes such as economic, demographic, consumer behavior, and social trends can improve business performance forecasting across different functions and roles in organizations. Her role at Prevedere includes guiding the company’s macroeconomic outlook as well as driving research & development around advanced analytics. Her expertise is applied to helping business leaders navigate their company’s future opportunities and risks through econometric modeling and leading indicator analysis. Before her role at Prevedere, Danielle was a senior economist at ITR Economics and received her M.S. in Applied Economics from Southern New Hampshire University.

Brandyn Campbell
Senior Director, Partnerships & Channels

Brandyn Campbell has more than a decade of experience building and supporting channel and partnership programs for technology companies. With an emphasis on mid to late-stage startups, she brings expertise in managing global consultancy and system integrator alliances to the table. Prior to Prevedere, Brandyn helped establish and grow the reseller and technology partner program for Ephesoft. She holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree from the University of Illinois in Communication and Business Administration.

Jessica Dolezal
Senior Director, Customer Success

Jessica Dolezal leads the Customer Success team, which serves as the primary support for all Prevedere’s customers. Her responsibilities are to build the vision for Prevedere’s customer journey, design process integration mapping through services and technical integration, and encourage customer engagement through a host of activities. She loves to help customers achieve their business goals by finding the right mix of Prevedere solutions to maximize their investment and look for unique ways to best partner together.

Loren Marti
Chief Data Scientist

As Chief Data Scientist, Loren Marti is responsible for designing and implementing Prevedere's next-generation AI and Machine Learning algorithms. With more than 18 years of experience, Marti is a forward-thinking, hands-on analytics and insights inventor with a career record of envisioning and building analytics systems that provide insights to an entire organization. Before Prevedere, he's held various roles in modeling, statistical forecasting, and predictive analytics at leading companies such as IRI, ConAgra Foods, and Acosta.

Daniel Lindberg
VP, Finance

Daniel Lindberg is a versatile strategic finance executive with a broad functional and industry background. Daniel joined Prevedere in 2022 and serves as the leader for all financial aspects of the company including planning & reporting, financial operations, and investor relations. Prior to joining Prevedere, Daniel served as a Director at Emplifi (formerly Astute Solutions), an Enterprise SaaS company in the Customer Experience space. Before that, he served in various finance leadership roles at Meeder Investment Management, JPMorgan Chase, and Northern Trust. Daniel holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.

Joseph H. Ellis
Mr. Joseph H. Ellis served as Limited Partner of Goldman Sachs from 1994 to May 1999 and its General Partner from 1986 to 1994. Mr. Ellis served as Senior Retail-Industry Analyst of Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Research Division from 1970 to 1994, and was ranked as the US Leading Retail Analyst for 18 consecutive years. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 1970, he served as Vice President and Investment Analyst of The Bank of New York. He founded Blue Tulip LLC and has been its Chairman since December 2001. He has been an Advisory Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. since May 1999. Mr. Ellis is the author of “Ahead of the Curve: A Commonsense Guide to Forecasting Business and Market Cycles”
Jack Noonan
Mr. Jack Noonan served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at SPSS Inc., since January 1992. Mr. Noonan served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Microrim Corp. from 1990 to December 1991. He served as the Vice President of the Product Group of Candle Corp. from 1985 to 1990. He joined Candle Corp. in 1985 as the Vice President of Technical Services, its engineering and support services division. Mr. Noonan served as Vice President of Product Group, overseeing marketing, product development, planning, and delivery. Mr. Noonan has over 30 years of experience in several key areas of the computer industry. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the Rockford School of Business and Engineering.

John Rizzo
Mr. John Rizzo brings over 35 years of experience helping successful technology companies through startup phase, product launches, branding and marketing, and acquisition. Mr. Rizzo is currently EVP, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Officer at SolarWinds. Prior to that, Mr. Rizzo was CMO of Jive Software leading strategy, outreach, and creative direction. Before this role, Mr. Rizzo was VP of Global Market Planning and Programs at Oracle and CEO of Cahoots/Informative (a social networking and customer intelligence SaaS company). Mr. Rizzo received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, and Biology from Stanford University.

Michael Schuler
Mr. Michael C. Schuler is Vice President of Corporate Development for Momentive. Prior to Momentive, Mr. Schuler was a Principal of Stonehenge Partners. He is responsible for structuring, performing due diligence, originating, monitoring and exiting Stonehenge Opportunity Fund investments. Prior to joining Stonehenge Partners, Mr. Schuler served as an Assistant Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group of Banc One Capital Partners focused primarily on structuring and performing due diligence on corporate mezzanine and equity investments. Mr. Schuler received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Butler University and is working towards an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
