Rich Fitchen

Chief Executive Officer

Rich Fitchen is an established senior executive with more than 25 years of experience building go to market strategies, driving rapid sales growth, and scaling businesses. Prior to joining Prevedere, Rich served as General Manager, VP Sales and Services, SVP Worldwide Field Operations, and Chief Marketing Officer in companies such as Model N, Bizagi, Aceva Technologies, Extricity, and Peregrine Systems. Rich also brings strong Business Transformation expertise from his experience with Gemini Consulting and Cap Gemini. Rich holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Rich Wagner

Rich Wagner brings 15 years leadership from big 4 consulting and Fortune 500. He worked with C-level executives on major corporate initiatives including preparing due diligence on dozens of multi-billion dollar mergers, acquisitions and corporate projects. Rich has experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, consumer goods and retail. Rich is a Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration.

Greg Schneider

Chief Marketing Officer

Greg Schneider is a seasoned enterprise software executive. Before Prevedere, he was CMO at Qventus, a leader in AI-powered software for healthcare operations. Previously, Greg was SVP of Worldwide Marketing for Adaptive Insights. As an early employee, he was instrumental in creating the go-to-market model that scaled to 4,000+ customers and $140 million in revenue, ultimately leading to the company’s $1.5 billion acquisition by Workday. His career also includes marketing and strategy roles with Epiphany, Extricity, and Prudential. Greg holds an MBA from Stanford University and an AB, magna cum laude, in economics from Duke University.

Michelle Green

Michelle Green is the Chief Economist at Prevedere. With nearly 20 years of experience in statistical and evidence-based analytics, she has dedicated her career to leading and conducting specialized economic research in the public and private sectors. Prior to her current role at Prevedere, Michelle held the positions of Global Chief Economist, Head of Econometrics at Stellantis; Principal Economist at Prevedere; and Sr. Technical Economist at the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Michelle is an established expert in the fields of labor and behavioral economics and has been featured as an expert contributor in several media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and Reuters.

Neil Thomas

Chief Sales Officer

Neil Thomas leads our sales team, working with Prevedere’s new and existing customers and partners. He has more than 20 years of enterprise software experience, with sales leadership roles at several performance management and planning software providers such as Adaptive Insights and Vena Solutions, and at innovative leaders in business transformation and process improvement including Avetta and Capriza. Neil commenced his professional career in finance and accounting, and holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of West London.

Daniel Lindberg

VP, Finance

Daniel Lindberg is a versatile strategic finance executive with a broad functional and industry background. Daniel joined Prevedere in 2022 and serves as the leader for all financial aspects of the company including planning & reporting, financial operations, and investor relations. Prior to joining Prevedere, Daniel served as a Director at Emplifi (formerly Astute Solutions), an Enterprise SaaS company in the Customer Experience space. Before that, he served in various finance leadership roles at Meeder Investment Management, JPMorgan Chase, and Northern Trust. Daniel holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
